Reflex Bag

i have a room weight room. includes weights (free and a machine), a heavy bag, a speed bag and a reflex bag. when i am hitting the heavy bag, speed bag or reflex bag there is a lot of blast that can be heard from other rooms in the house. there is no carpet in the weight room, just tile. and i was wondering if getting mats or some carpet material to place on the floors would help with the blast. ooh, and the room is pretty small, not a lot of space. all of these things are pretty much the whole room.

Ok which are better for accuracy and to dodge the hits and speed the everlast one with the spring on da bottom or da cobra stylishness with da spring in the midpoint can you show da price diffrences and which is quicker and pros and cons
